Description

Brewed from the finest selection of Pedro Jiménez and Muscatel grapes, from the Elqui Valley. Its alcohols are aged for a period of more than one year, in new American oak barrels.

Appearance
An intense amber tone is observed, very clean and bright with medium density.

Nose
Very expressive and intense. Their notes of spices such as cloves and dried apricot.

Palate
They are very expressive and intense, there are notes of spices such as cloves and dry apricot.

Consumption
Alone, either at temperature or on the rocks, also in classic cocktails such as Old Fashioned, Negroni, etc..
