MANGO SOUR

INGREDIENTS:2.5 oz Pisco Mistral 35%1 oz lemon juice1 oz mango juice1 oz gum syrup1 egg WhiteIce

DIRECTIONS: Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill the shaker with ice up to ¾, shake energetically and serve.

PISCO SOUR

INGREDIENTS:2.5 oz Pisco Mistral 35%1 oz lemon juice1 oz gum syrup1 egg WhiteIce

DIRECTIONS:Add all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker, fill the shaker with ice up to ¾, shake energetically and serve.

MISTRAL BREAKFAST COLLINS

INGREDIENTS:2 oz Pisco Mistral Nobel 40%3 tsp of strawberries jam1.5 oz Lemon juice1 lime wedge (squeeze)½ oz Gum syrup½ oz Triple SecFill with soda

DIRECTIONS: Add all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 25 seconds, strain in a glass with fresh ice. Fill up with soda and squeeze lime and leave it inside the glass. Stir.

SUMMER MISTRAL

INGREDIENTS:2.5 oz Pisco mistral 35%2 lemon wedges (squeeze)2 lime wedges (squeeze)2 orange wedges (squeeze)10 mint leaves½ oz Gum syrup½ oz grapefruit juiceFill with equal parts of Ginger ale and sparkling water

DIRECTIONS:In a glass smash mint leaves with grapefruit juice and gum syrup. Squeeze lemon, lime and orange and leave them inside the glass. Add ice and Pisco Mistral. Stir and fill the glass with Ginger ale and sparkling water. Stir again.
